I know, I need another blog like I need another hole in my head, but I’ll take care of this one, I swear!

Actually, JK. I’m surprsed I’m typing this right now and if you’re reading it on any platform, just consider it a miracle because I have no idea what I’m doing.

Long story short, every time I thought about posting something on my old blog, I just felt so tired. I’ve had that motherfucker since 2005 and I have old posts from other platforms on there since 2003.

It’s where I went when I was figuring a lot of shit out, but in the last few years, all it seemed to be was a place for me to post angsty updates about my dead mom and my dead business interspersed with outfit posts that are absolutely adorable, but let’s be honest, of out of place in all the depression.

I’m also tired of everything I do having my name all over it in 20 foot tall letters. Yeah, this is still named after me, but at least it’s not 20 feet tall. 10 feet tall is more my style these days.

And I’m trying a new blogging platform. Some unholy union of Netlify and Jekyll that Ben cooked up. This should need a lot less maintaince on the admin side, and be (in theory) easier to move around if I need to. I’ll let you know how I find it. So far what I can say is that image management feels lacking, but that’ll be more clear when I post my next outfit post.

That’s all for now, maybe my next post will be a run down of everything that’s happened to me in the last couple of years.
